1.2 Any personal data provided by you through your interaction with us will be controlled by us. Therefore, we act as the data controller. We will process your personal data only in accordance with this Privacy Protection Policy.

1.3 In accordance with the following terms, even if you are no longer our customer, we will treat all information about you as private and confidential. You acknowledge and agree that we and/or third parties appointed by us (including any affiliated companies) may process and use the personal data necessary for providing products and services to you. (a) For anti-money laundering and regulatory purposes, use your information before and during the agreement term to establish your identity and background, manage and operate your account, monitor and analyze its behavior, provide products and services to you, enhance any of our operations, processes, products, and services during the agreement term, assess any credit limits or other credit decisions (as well as applicable rates, fees, and other charges for your account), and enable us to conduct statistical and other analyses;

(b) Use your personal data, including your contact details, application details, and details of the products and services we provide to you, as well as information on how you use them, to determine products and services that may be of interest to you;

(c) Contact you through mail, email, and other electronic communications (such as text messages, video and picture messages, and faxes) to provide information, promotions, educational materials, news, events, and seminars related to our products and services; and

(d) Use your personal data to comply with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and courts in all jurisdictions applicable to our and our affiliated companies' business, and cooperate with them, while adhering to applicable rules.

1.4 We may share your personal data with any of our agents, service providers, or intermediary brokers (including data processors) or any affiliated companies located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Israel, China, and other jurisdictions, and the purposes for which these individuals use your personal data will be the same as our purposes. These purposes include those listed in Section 1.1 above, as well as processing instructions, generating confirmation notices and account statements, supervising the operation of systems, managing information systems, and allowing employees of affiliated companies responsible for jointly managing our relationship with you in other offices to view your information. Please note that data protection and privacy regimes outside of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines may not necessarily align with the system in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and may not provide an equivalent level of protection for personal data. Therefore, we will take appropriate measures to ensure a sufficient level of data protection and safeguard the security of your personal data. If your personal data is incorrect or does not comply with the purposes defined in these Terms of Service, you have the right to request correction, blocking, or deletion of such data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and to have any processed data corrected at any time. In such cases, you acknowledge that we may no longer be able to provide you with products and services.
